REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. GENERAL POLICY OVERVIEW

  • No Returns or Refunds: All purchases made on our Website are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where required under Applicable Law.
  • Exchange Eligibility: Exchanges are allowed only under specific circumstances detailed below. Please ensure you carefully read our size charts and product details before completing a purchase.

2. EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

You may request an exchange only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is defective due to a manufacturing error.
  • The product is damaged in transit.
  • You have received a product in a wrong size compared to your order.

In such cases, the following conditions apply:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via email to zensage.help@gmail.com along with clear pictures/video of the product and original packaging.
  • The product must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. The firm Zensage, after the review of the proofs attached has sole discretion to take any decision.

3. EXCHANGE LIMITATIONS & TERMS

  • Exchanges are allowed for the same product only in a different size.
  • Exchange for different products or designs is not allowed.
  • A one-time exchange is permitted per order.
  • If the product is purchased using a discount code or during a sale, the customer will bear the return shipping cost and an exchange fee (typically ₹100 or as communicated at the time of exchange request).

4. SIZE VERIFICATION

  • We urge customers to verify their correct size using the size chart available on each product page before making a purchase.
  • Size-related exchange requests will not be accepted unless the size delivered differs from the one ordered.

5. RETURN SHIPPING & REVERSE PICKUP

  • Reverse pickup will be attempted once, subject to courier service availability in your area pin code.
  • If the courier is unable to pick up the item, you are required to ship the item back to our return address at your own cost.
  • Please ensure that the item is securely packaged and returned in the same condition as shipped.

6. CLEARANCE SALE / EXCLUSIVE DROPS

  • Products marked as part of a Clearance Sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
  • These items may have minor or micro defects due to age or inventory handling, and by purchasing, the customer accepts these conditions.
  • Exclusive Drops are limited-time and limited-quantity creations, and therefore are not eligible for return or exchange.

7. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed and dispatched.
  • Requests for cancellation will be rejected after the order has been processed or shipped.
