WHAT IS THE ZEN SAGE?
We are a monthly subscription box serving you 'Me Time' in a box, we want to promote self-care & self love to our customers and what better way to do it then to send you a box filled with carefully selected products with the aim to enhance your wellbeing.
HOW DO YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS WORK?
You can sign up at anytime, and we will ship your box to you within 1-4 working days. If you sign up within the last 7 days of the month you will be pre-ordering the following months box.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
You will be charged right away for your first box and then on the 1st of each month after that. Once the payment has been made your box will be packed and shipped within 1 week. If you sign up within the last 7 days of the month you will be pre-ordering the following months box.
WHAT IF I ORDER MID-MONTH?
If you place an order mid-month, we'll ship the next working day and you'll receive that month's box. If you sign up within the last 7 days of the month you will be pre-ordering the following months box which will be shipped before the 5th.
CAN I REFUND/EXCHANGE MY SUBSCRIPTION BOX?
Yes, as long as we have not printed your shipping label we can issue a refund within 14 days. With regards to exchanges, unless you have received a damaged or faulty item we do not accept exchanges.
CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Yes you can cancel your subscription at any time although we would be sad to see you go!
HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION
Simply log into your account and select 'Manage your subscription' and follow the steps. If you didn't create an account when making your purchase simply send us an email and we can cancel it for you!
WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE A REACTION TO SOMETHING INSIDE OF THE BOX?
If you have a reaction to any of the products we would advise that you seek medical advice as soon as possible. Unfortunately we cannot be held liable for any reactions as we only feature products that have been tried and tested from featured brands. Please carefully check the ingredients of all products before using them.
CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY BOX?
Yes, as long as we have not printed your shipping label we can issue a refund. With regards to exchanges, unless you have received a damaged or faulty item we do not accept exchanges. If something arrives faulty or damaged please take some pictures and send us an email and we will sort out a replacement for you!
WHAT SHIPPING COURIER DO YOU USE?
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 on our subscription boxes and Royal Mail 2nd class signed for on other items.
